A Modern Day Fantasy

Taylor and Alyssa’s wedding at Drumore Mills was not just a celebration; it was a manifestation of their shared fantasy, where love knew no bounds and every moment was treasured. Nestled by a cascading waterfall, Drumore Mills served as an ethereal backdrop for Taylor and Alyssa’s wedding day.

Alyssa, resembling a modern-day Tinker Bell, adorned with a jewel-crested forehead crown, exuded a whimsical allure. Her mom brought a beautiful hand-made wooden carrier from her very own wedding day that Alyssa could use for her dress. Which later on would prove to be very useful as the couple adventured into the waterfall together. Even after a slight slip in the water, Taylor and Alyssa were all smiles. These are the kind of moments that make our job so worth while. I can still remember her beautiful beaded shoes sitting by the water side while we captured the two of them dancing and kissing on top of the waterfall together.

The First Look

On the outdoor deck, Taylor’s heart swelled with emotion as Alyssa approached him. In an instant, tears welled up in his eyes, mirroring the depth of their connection. As if choreographed by destiny, a solitary tear ran down Alyssa’s cheek. Taylor was overtaken with emotion, but managed to tell his bride “you look beautiful.” They say a picture is worth a thousand words, and on this occasion we couldn’t agree more. Sometimes there is this unspoken pressure to act or be a certain way on your wedding day. Remember, it’s okay to come exactly as you are. The wedding of your dreams doesn’t have to be a fantasy, it can be your reality. Thank you to Alyssa and Taylor for reminding us of the beauty in being utterly and uniquely yourselves.
