Our job isn’t just capturing photos or videos. We’re there to help, make you laugh and remain stress free. We’re experts at creating wedding timelines too and love to be involved every step of the way. On your special day, our job is to keep you grounded on what matters, all while capturing every fleeting moment and detail. What also matters to us is the years you spend with each other even after you’re married.
The DBW photo and video team is able to capture your wedding day with skill, passion and intention. At Dearly Beloved Weddings we know how important these moments are to you, so we invest a lot of time in training, workshops and educating our team to perfect our craft, and to understand our core values, mission and techniques. We want every couple to know that we really care and we're here to serve you. If you put your trust in us, we'll be able to deliver our best work to you so you can beautifully remember your wedding day.
We've been photographing and filming weddings since 2013—from local weddings in Pennsylvania to epic elopements in Iceland and Alaska. We love people, love, and adventure… so our job in the wedding world has been pretty much the best EVER! When we're not taking photos or filming, you'll find us busy with many of our other business ventures. We like to call ourselves serial entrepreneurs, owning and operating businesses in music recording, graphic design, e-commerce, running a podcast... you name it. Family time is also a top priority. Our daughter, Luna arrived in February 2022 and we've embarked on the journey of parenthood together. We also love serving God, stuffing our faces with Indian food, binge watching our favorite Netflix shows, traveling to new and exciting destinations, and snuggling our mini-dachshund Leia. No matter what we do, serving others with passion and heart is not something we take lightly.
Hey! I’m Larissa. I am a wedding, portrait and fine art photographer. I started taking photos of my sisters and friends in high school and fell in love with being able to capture people and their emotions. I graduated from The University of the Arts in 2019. Since then, I have worked along side the Dearly Beloved team and have loved it! I am an adventurer at heart with an incurable case of wanderlust. I am a huge believer that laughter is a cure-all. My little Shih-Tzu, Hope, is an extension of myself and one of my favorite cuddle buddies. Car rides at sunset, rainy mornings spent reading the Bible, iced lattes, heart-to-hearts, and soul soothing music. I’m here for it.
My name is Elvis Herrera and 7 years ago I decided to buy my first camera. In the beginning it was just to record YouTube videos, but I was captivated by the world of film and dove straight into creating music, travel and commercial videos. At first these videos were just for my friends, but now I’ve had the great opportunity to call it my job which I love. Having the ability of capturing a moment that people want to preserve forever is such a beautiful thing to do. As humans we can’t stop time, but are able to look at time in the form of videos and photographs.
I'm Rachel! I started doing photography back in high school and then I went to college for photography at Antonelli institute. While in school I interned for a wedding photographer and that’s when I fell in love with photographing weddings. I have now been capturing weddings for 10 years. I love how every wedding day is different and I get to be there for all of the special moments. Outside of photography I am a personal trainer! I also love to be out in nature, going for hikes, kayaking or just sitting in the grass! I love to joke around and if I photograph you I will probably say weird things to get you to laugh. It’s all about having fun!
Hi, I'm Maria! I have always have a camera, since my children were young, it was something about documenting their life and having those memories recorded that gave me a spark! I remember I got my first DSLR camera and I started to take classes because I didn’t want to shoot in auto anymore and I wanted to know how to use all those setting LOL. Little by little it went from a hobby to doing it professionally and I love it! I find inspiration in some of my all times favorite photographers, some of them are Daniel Kim, Jose Villa, and Charla Storey! I love to see their work and I’m always inspired by them!
Hi! I'm Shelby! It all started when I was 12 years old, my friend and I started playing around with my first camera and Windows Movie Maker. We loved watching YouTube together and started making silly music videos every time we hung out. I eventually developed a more serious interest in videography and started entering contests! Now, I mostly find my inspiration while I am laying in my bed with my eyes closed, relaxing after a long day. I keep a notebook by my bed because I so often come up with ideas and can’t sleep before I write them all down.
Hey I'm Alyssa! Photography has always been my creative outlet, and a way to escape stress since I was 13. When I have my camera in hand, I feel like time slows down just a bit. I can take a snippet of time and lock it in forever, and I find that pretty magical. Whatʼs beautiful to me about photography, is seeing the story. The story that you will be able to tell for years and years with those images. I ventured further and took courses in high school as well as college. I started with a focus on families and little ones, and then it shifted to weddings, but my favorite are intimate backyard weddings and elopements. I love it!
Hi! I’m Kristine! I am a wife and a boy mama and I love those two to death! For as long as I can remember I’ve always loved taking pictures. There is something so magical to me about being able to capture a moment of time. I absolutely cherish photos and I wish to give that gift as well! The beach is my favorite place (OCNJ) – but honestly anywhere with sunshine makes me happy. My other hobbies include photographing families and sweet babies, hanging out with friends, reading (total book nerd) and volleyball.
Hi I'm Emilee! I bought my first camera in high school and had so much fun using it as a creative outlet! But after graduation, I dabbled in photojournalism at my local newspaper, sports photography at my local university, and eventually wedding photography. I found that that was where my real passion lied, and I ended up starting my own wedding photography business in 2012! My biggest inspirations are my faith, my marriage, and nature! I believe that God was the very first Creator, Artist, and Storyteller, so my aim is to echo His beauty in all of my own art.
I'm Jay! My passion for videography started back in 2011 when I was a touring musician and our band had a travel videographer to film our BTS and shows and he asked me to help him on a shoot as a assistant and the first time I held a camera was just surreal and to see what he could come up with was even more incredible. I started to get interest from there on and started watching YouTube videos and learned from there. I truly love to see how genuine the couples can be on their special day it’s a magical feeling that no one can describe until you feel it yourself. Capturing those unforgettable moments is what I love to do.
