Amy and Mark are a super cute couple, they felt awkward in front of the camera at first but that mainly brought out giggles and we ended up having a great time together. You can just tell how much they love each other by how they interact. This retro engagement session turned out to be super romantic and unique. They love the outdoors and wanted to incorporate their Volkswagen bus that Mark restored. We went to Bethlehem to the Colonial Industrial Quarter for the photos, and that’s where the magic happened. Mark found this bus kind of randomly and it was completely run down.
Mark put a lot of time and effort into restoring it and plans to do more. His attention to detail was superb and if that is any precursor as to the kind of husband he will be, then Amy is in luck! The sunglasses they are wearing towards the end of the session were actually found in the bus. What a sweet little surprise. You can tell they love to joke around but they also really embraced some romantic intimate moments. The Volkswagen bus truly added something special to this retro engagement session. From the moments cuddling inside on the back seat to the kiss under the bridge – It gave natural opportunities for candid moments and authenticity.
Amy and Mark transformed their engagement session into a celebration of their shared history and the adventures that lie ahead. Their decision to incorporate such a meaningful symbol not only made their session unforgettable but also captured the essence of their love in a way that was authentically theirs. Amy and Mark’s retro engagement session exuded charm and nostalgia, setting the scene for a love story steeped in vintage allure.
And we can’t wait for their wedding! —Rachel
