Woodsy Micro-Wedding

This hidden gem is nestled within the Poconos, PA. The AirBnB gave them everything that they were looking for. Towering trees and fields of ferns with the perfect space for an after party. We personally love when couples find a location that is a bit different than the typical getting ready space. There are so many special moments to capture during getting ready that will often get missed or overlooked. We pride ourselves on encouraging our couples to choose a location that feels like home (or maybe it literally is your home – even better). These moments are important to you, and so they are important to us too.

A few of our favorite moments from this day was the first look with Shelby’s dad and the evening festivities. Shelby’s dad had tears flowing when he saw her for the first time. He whispered, “I’m just not ready to let you go.” But as everyone can see, Shelby is in great hands. Shortly after, Anthony got to see his beautiful bride for the first time nestled in the comfort of the woods. Tears and instant fireworks.

There is such beauty in it all. You’re merging and becoming one, and both sides of the family become connected through your commitment. They cried, they partied, and they loved. What more could you truly ask for?
