Lucy and Gage’s Terrain Gardens fall wedding felt like one of those days you never want to rush through. The kind where everything is wrapped in love, light and color; moments that quietly unfold without needing to be directed.
From the start, their dynamic was so easy to love. Lucy shared that she tends to be a little shy at first, but once she’s comfortable, her fun and outgoing side really comes through. Gage is the complete opposite in the best way. He can talk to anyone and has this way of making people feel instantly at ease. Together, they balance each other so naturally, and you could feel that in every interaction. The way he pulled her in a little closer, the way she relaxed into him, it all felt effortless. After five and a half years together, they’re still completely wrapped up in each other.
Going into the day, they cared most about the in-between moments. Not just the big milestones, but everything happening around them. The quick glances, the laughter that just happens, and hugs with friends. They also couldn’t wait to get down together on the dance floor and have their own little personal rave. These are the moments that tell the real story and make the photos feel like something you can step back into years from now.
