A day filled with celebration, tons of laughs and so much love is exactly what Melissa and Mike’s wedding was all about. On a beautiful August day at the Fillmore in Philadelphia, Mike and Melissa proclaimed their love to one another standing in front of a sign custom made of her late sister’s words to her, while all of their friends and family watched with love and admiration for the two. The venue defined them perfectly, from a music video playing on a screen in the reception space that featured the two of them being completely silly, to the pizza favors they sent their guests home with at the end of the night, and all of the amazing artwork that covered the walls at the Filmore. This was a wedding that was completely out of the ordinary but was one to remember. Even more fun was Melissa running back to the Green room in the middle of the reception to chop off her long locks and surprising Mike and all the guests with a new short Bob and a new dress. The two of them danced all night in each other’s arms, laughing and enjoying every minute of their big day. This wedding was definitely one for the books.

Hi!
My fiancé (whose name is also Christian) and I love what you guys portray in your photos! That is what we need for our wedding! Christian and I are high school sweethearts who found our way back to each other (with a little help from our families)! We met and started dating in our freshman year of high school and during our sophomore year his family had to move for work reasons. Even though he was going to school 8 hours away every summer he would make sure he would come back and spend at least one day with me to catch up no matter what either one of us had going on! Finally right before his senior year of college our parents set us up at musikfest in Bethlehem, PA! We accidentally crashed a wedding at the steel stacks the same night and realized it was our turn for happiness! My engagement ring was bought 3 months later! He proposed up at a waterfall in Vermont on his uncles property which is where we took our first vacation together when we were 14. We moved to Florida together shortly after due to work but are getting married in PA this July! We would love to have you guys photograph our wedding. We are getting married in the same church my parents got married in 34 years ago and the same church I got baptized in. My childhood priest is flying in from Kansas to do our ceremony. Our reception will be at fegleys brewery in Allentown! I’ll even be getting ready at my grandparents house which they bought when they first got married 59 years ago. I will be doing a “first look” with my dad. And we will be reading our vows at the reception instead of the ceremony. I know it’s different but this wedding will be truly special and it will be ours. We get married on Sunday July 19th of 2020. We are going for a bohemian/intimate vibe and want you guys to capture that for us! Thanks for taking the time to read our story! We hope we get to work with you very soon!
